I founded Let's Chat HR! to: 

✔️ Support companies in enhancing HR practices while overcoming challenges - and to create workplaces people LOVE!

✔️ Create a community for HR professionals focused on learning, engagement, connection, and growth.

With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, I've partnered with HR leaders and General Managers to support multi-state operations while serving in a variety of roles, including Area HR Director, HR Director, and Recruiting Specialist.

I'm also proud to hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

My true passion lies in human resources, where I strive to make a meaningful impact on both individuals and organizations through effective HR strategies and innovative initiatives.
